Fridays are our roasting days—when each batch is carefully crafted to bring out the best in every bean. After a short rest to let the flavors fully develop, we’ll grind it to your preference (if you’d like), package it with care, and send it your way. I tried all of their blends other than decaf and found this one to be perfect for my taste, I like my coffee a bit on the sweeter side but still bold enough to cut through the creamer and this fits me perfectly. It also has a great aroma and fills my house with the smell when I grind it.
This is the best coffee we have ever tasted! It is fresh and you can tell that when you brew it. We drink this everyday!
