Our supplier’s farmer support program promotes sustainability by empowering coffee growers to adopt ethical, eco-friendly practices while improving both quality and profitability. Through hands-on training in agronomy, sustainable production, and land management, farmers gain the tools to combat soil depletion, adapt to market shifts, and grow healthier crops.

This program also expands market access and supports certifications like Fairtrade, Organic, and Rainforest Alliance—ensuring transparent, responsible sourcing every step of the way. With over 45,000 farmers trained, 700+ model farms established, and 2.6 million bags of certified coffee produced, it’s making a lasting impact.
