Enjoy your coffee throughout the year. Here are a few recipes to enjoy, especially during the warmer months.
Cold Brew (Coffee Concentrate)
Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Ground Coffee - Medium-coarse grind preferred
1 1/2 cups cold water
Above ingredients may be adjusted for desired strength
Instructions:
1. Stir coffee in 1 1/2 cups cold water.
2. Cover and set at room temperature over night.
3. Strain twice through a coffee filter.
4. Pour the cold brew in a container, seal and store in the refrigerator.
Iced Cold Brew Latte
Ingredients:
Coffee Concentrate
Ice
Milk
Sweetener
Instructions:
1. Fill cup with ice
2. Add sweetener to desired taste
3. Fill cup half way with coffee concentrate (more or less for desired strength)
4. Fill cup with milk
5. Stir and Enjoy
Cold Brew Float
Ingredients:
Favorite Ice Cream
Coffee Concentrate
Instructions:
1. Scoop ice cream into container.
2. Add desired amount of coffee concentrate
Affogato
Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla Gelato or Ice Cream
1 shot of Espresso or 3 Tablespoons of strong coffee
Instructions:
1. Scoop gelato or ice cream into cup
2. Dispense Espresso on top of the Gelato or Ice Cream
(Be creative and try other ice cream flavors)
