This coffee is among the highest grown coffees in the Central America growing regions and has the status of SHG grade (Strictly High Grown). This coffee is from the highlands between the Isabela and Lake El Dorado mountain ranges. This organically grown coffee is sweet and mild. It is medium to full bodied with a balanced aroma. It is chocolatey, accented with apricot and Meyer lemon tanginess and has a toasted marshmallow-like sweetness.
